The people in the Naruto world didnt ALWAYS have chakra. It after Kaguya birthed the twins sages and they were the first to be born with chakra then the people born after years and years after that had it naturally. Hogoromo basically went on a sabbatical going around giving people chakra and had followers and everything. If I wanted that I'd just binge it myself. Can't believe they retooled it to be so shit. Used to be so much damn variety. Even had an action block with great shit like Samurai Jack. No more huge variety of shows, no more Top Cat, no more music videos every couple of commercial breaks. What a load of crap.
