A lot. Over 1000 now. But One Piece chapters are not very long, aside from the Romance Dawn which is a special prelude. One Piece chapters are anywhere from 16 pages to 25 pages, with the average being probably around 20 or less. Some pages can be dense with panels and dialogue, but others are mostly action panels. In either case though, it's not heavy reading and you can breeze through several tankobons per day without even spending more than a couple hours reading.

Ordinarily a manga like One Piece would be adapted at a rate of 2-3 chapters per episode, because of how short the chapters are, and how little meat they have on them some weeks. Toei started off more or less at this pace, but slowed down over time. By this point in the story where Toonami is, they're doing less than 1 chapter per episode, which is why it feels so gruelingly slow.

I'm of the opinion that robin and nami should smush their fat booba together

This is the first time I've ever seen an ad on tv for 40K or anything else from GW.

I think the few they did animated fared poorly in the ratings for whatever reason. Might have been the same for the Boss Luffy filler episodes which is a big reason they switched from occasional filler arcs to slooooooooooowing down the pacing.

It's weird how Ghost manages to make music sound both encouraging and sinister at the same time. This is another one of those songs with what seems like a double meaning in the lyrics, like Dance Macabre (with lyrics "I just wanna be, wanna bewitch you in the moonlight). I also don't think this one's as good as Hunter's Moon, but it kind of grows on you. Probably a consequence of being slower and a bit more repetitive, but it's still cool. Oh well I like to think I have a similar opinion about Sakura as the author does. We don't hate her, it's just she's realistic in a way you know? Like Kishimoto didn't try to draw her ugly and with a giant forehead on purpose, he legitimately thought that looked cute and I don't blame him cause it does. Sakura is a cute but homely standard girl. She has no real problems or backstory prior to when we meet her, so she just acts like a normal girl. She's irrational, vain and just wants to date the hottest baddest coolest boy no matter how much of an asshole he is. And she never quite has a reason to grow out of that, she lacks the trauma and stuff that gave Naruto and Sasuke their development. She matures a little bit by Shippuden but still acts like an indecisive little kid and doesn't seem to understand that the world she lives in isn't a game.

The other women in this show are either stone cold or broken beyond repair and they're all hot as fuck so Sakura stands out as just being normal. She looks and acts like a girl you would actually meet in middle school. That's why even though I like her, it's easy to hate her as well.
