Well Unwound released LTIY in 2001 and Smashing Pumpkins wrote Mayonaise so there you go
And Farewell and Goodnight's piano coda is still one of the most enchanting things I've ever heard

Unwound fucking sucks.
Smashing Pumpkins fucking sucks.
RHP are ok I guess.

Pavement

ATDI are a lot better than Unwound.

No and certainly not in the 90s

Atdi are hacks, Unwound is god tier

The Smashing Pumkins are the only good band in OPs pic.

Pram, Mercury Rev & Stereolab is the real trifecta

This but swap RHP and Unwound

Gotta give it to SP due to the massive output they had throughout the 90s, they were unstoppable up until Machina I (inclusive)

Oasis.

It's Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and it isn't close.

In/Casino/Out rules

It’s ok, definitely not better than anything Unwound did or most Smashing Pumpkins

I feel like Built to Spill got snubbed here

>dandruff and b.o. boomer post

cringe

This. Relationship of Command is based. No one knows or cares about Unwound

terrible taste

take a lap

Baby’s first post hardcore album. You need to listen to more music before you share your opinion

>And Farewell and Goodnight's piano coda is still one of the most enchanting things I've ever heard
Based. Hearing that album's end, hearing the whole band sing together, united together, I still wonder what might have happened had Jimmy not been an addict. Really think they had a chance to dominate into the late 90s too.

Listen to more music.

No

Steelheart
